The elaboration of a Project Web site is part of the dissemination and communication of 3e – houses project.

The aim of this website is intended as a means of disseminating the project to the general public and as a means of sharing project information between the partners of the consortium.

The web site will be updated every two months.

A project web site was elaborated and it is active since 30th of April 2010. The main elements of this project web site will be: project overview, public deliverables, dissemination documents, links to partners web sites, links to events, networks, etc.

The 3e-HOUSES project has identified the need to develop two categories of methodologies, to measure the extent of achievement of the expected results, and to perform the analysis of results and impacts of the project, namely:

1. Methodology for Energy Efficiency Measurement

2. Methodology for Impact Asseement

The object of this document is to provide definitions for the methodologies of the project: Methodology for Energy Efficiency Measurement and Impact Assessment Methodology.
